ABOUTME
The Artist and the Craftsperson
Creativity has never been a hobby for me. It’s how I process the world. As a professional luthier and small-business owner, I spend my days working with musical instruments, combining technical precision, artistry, and a healthy obsession with the details that make something extraordinary. There’s something strangely satisfying about taking an instrument that isn’t quite right and helping it find its voice again.
Perhaps there’s a metaphor in there somewhere.
Beyond the workbench, I’m a musician, guitarist, visual artist, and creator of things both beautiful and occasionally bizarre. My artistic interests extend across multiple mediums, from music composition and sound experimentation to illustration, graphic design, and the exploration of symbolism through visual storytelling. I love the strange, the unconventional, the mythological, and the wonderfully imperfect. Art, to me, isn’t necessarily about making something beautiful. It’s about making something meaningful.
